Meeting of the Scientific Committee in Kraków

On March 5-6 the Scientific Committee of the 6 ECM met in Kraków to discuss the scientific program of the Congress. 10, out of 15 members attended the meeting. The Committee prepared a preliminary list of plenary and invited speakers, which will be further discussed by e-mail. It decided that there will be an open call for proposals for mini-symposia. Details will be published on our website soon.
Committee members were guests of the Jagiellonian University. They met with co-chairs of the Organizing Committee: Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics Roman Srzednicki and President of the Polish Mathematical Society Stefan Jackowski.
